Yatterman X Bomberman is a video game released on mobile devices on November 27, 2008, exclusively in Japan. It is a cross-over between the Yatterman and the Bomberman series.
Story[]
Bomberman became the target of the Doronbo Gang after they heard information that a Skull Ring is in his belt. Bomberman had no other choice than to team up with Yatterman-1 and Yatterman-2 to get rid of them.
Gameplay[]
The game features 3 modes; Story Mode, Battle Mode and Mini-game. The Story Mode features the traditional Bomberman classic gameplay with the usual find the exit, the standard Battle Game where players battle against each others and one minigame.
Story Mode[]
The Story Mode features the traditional Bomberman classic gameplay. The player plays either as Bomberman, Yatterman-1 and Yatterman-2 and need to destroy Soft Blocks and enemies along the way in order to find Power-Ups and the Exit to clear the stage. There are 10 stages in total, with bosses to fight at the end of some of them.
Battle Mode[]
The battle mode supports up to 4 players via Bluetooth connectivity. Here the characters battle against each other like a traditional Battle Game. There are 6 characters that can be selected; Bomberman, Yatterman-1, Yatterman-2, Boyacky, Doronjo and Tonzura.
Mini Game[]
The Minigame is a Whack-a-Mole type of game where the players has to flatter Odate Pig.
