Waterway is a level that appears in Bomberman Hero. It is the fourth level of Area 1 of the Primus Star, the Woods of Esuram. It can be accessed by taking the normal exit from Erars Lake (the upper left path). The Rank 5 target score for this level is 4000 (3500 for Japanese version).
The level requires to collect the 4 Key Crystals to open the Crystal Door (leading to the exit).
Layout[]
Waterway is mainly a sewer-like level that takes place near Princess Millian's castle.
Objective[]
The main objective is to take it to the end. Earning the target score can be a tad difficult due to some of the gems being out of reach and near bottomless pits. White Bomberman should take out all of the enemies and be careful not to get blown up by a giant bomb near the end. After making it to the end, White Bomberman makes it out of the sewers and finally can access Area 2: Primus Castle.

Japanese and Western Version Differences[]
Changes to the Western version:
- Only two gems stacked vertically inside the falling water stream instead of three.
- Gems are moved to the right slightly, as well.
- Spikes were added to the left of the pit.
- A gold gem inside of a box near the pit instead of a 1-up.
- Spikes were added to the right of the pit, at the lower end of the slope.
- A blue gem was added to the left of the water stream before the second pit.
- Only two blue gems on the upper platform instead of two.
- A Tongari enemy was added to the area after the second pit.
- No heart on the platform to the right of the warp.
- No Tamasuki enemy on the platform to the right of the warp.
- Spikes were added to the wall above the platform to the right of the warp.
