Uotan is an enemy in Bomberman (TG-16) and Bomberman II.
In Bomberman for TurboGrafx-16, Uotan moves aimlessly.
In Bomberman II, Uotan moves at a normal speed and stops within one second before picking a direction. When standing still, Uotan may dash towards Bomberman if he is within its line of sight.
