Description[]
It is one of the inventions created by Gray Bomber that was presented at the Grand Gadget Exhibition event. This is a device with a rope that can suspend a person in the air. Shinobi Bomber got a taste of the Suspending Fitness Device during the event.
The device reappears in Episode 31, being part of the junk Gray Bomber wanted to dispose of. It ended up merged into the Hyper Momite Tension.
