It is a giant lighter created by Gray Bomber. It was built during the period he was working competitively with Professor Brown on elements for the creation of B-Da Armors, under the supervision of Professor Bomber.
According to Gray Bomber, The Super Lighter is supposed to instantly fry any kind of meats. Well, once he pressed the lighter's button, a large flame burn completely Professor Brown, but the backfire propulsed Gray Bomber with tremendous force into the wall. As a result, even if the Lighter was not originally intended for that, its "propulsion speed effect" was utterly choosen over the Cutting Edge Propulsion System, by Professor Bomber for the creation of the B-Da Armors.
