Snow Hut trap artwork from the Super Bomberman 3 manual
Snow Hut (かまくら) is a trap that appears in some Bomberman games. It is a large igloo-like structure with four entrances and four posts (Hard Blocks), taking up a 3x3 tile area. The center and upper-middle spaces of the Snow Hut are obscured by it, allowing for bombs, players, and monsters to be mostly or completely hidden. When a bomb explodes directly in the center of a Snow Hut, the Hut's ceiling will be blasted off, flying high into the air before finally landing back down on the walls again.
