Description[]
He is a fisherman who lives in a house northeast of Big Ocean. He gave Bomberman the Rain Drop when Bomberman accepted to search for his Fish Hook that was took by a group of fishes. Bomberman managed to get the Fish Hook and returned it back. Sampei gave him a Large Medicine in return.
