That's the ring that belongs to Honey's mother, that Honey lost at the Forest. After freeing Pommy from the Vine trap at L. Forest, he will drop the ring before leaving. Give the ring back to Honey (inside one of the houses in Alpha) she will reward you with a Small Medicine.
