Populous: The Promised Lands (ポピュラス ザ・プロミストランド) is a game released for the PC-Engine Super CD by Hudson.
Bomberman Cameo[]
The normal game is a strategy based game where players must build up their side of the map before eventually battling their opponents for control of their side as well. The game also has a password system and if certain passwords are used (for example: LOWUSDON) the regular characters are switched out for Bomberman. White Bombers are used for the player while the enemy is Red Bombers. The map features buildings shaped like Bomberman's head as well as bombs that are placed on the map. Green Bomber appears on the menu as an option that causes an earthquake.
