The Pause Panel (一時停止パネル) is a trap that appears in the Battle Games of Super Bomberman 2 and Bomberman Party Edition. It is a single tile space that appears as a yellow diamond with an exclamation mark on it. A player who steps on the Pause Panel will be stopped and unable to perform any function for about two seconds. Once the player regains his or her controls, he or she may step off of the Pause Panel or stand on top of it indefinitely with no ill effects, but as soon as the player steps off of it, stepping back on it again will pause the player once more.
