Mogumogu (モグモグ, Mogumogu) is a recurring enemy in the Bomberman series.
Description[]
Saturn Bomberman[]
In Saturn Bomberman, Mogumogu is found in Western World. It moves aimlessly, but will usually avoid the player. It will periodically dig and move underground for 6 seconds, during which time it is invincible (and harmless). It will only harm the player on collision when it's on the surface. It takes 1 hit to defeat and yields a score of 300 points.
Bomberman World[]
In Bomberman World, it appears on Planet Forest, redesigned with a pair of glasses. It moves slowly underground, when it is invulnerable and harmless, and then appears for 3 seconds. If the player is near him, it will plant a bomb before submerging himself. The resulting bomb blast has a range of 8 Fire. It takes 1 hit to defeat and yields a score of 200 points.
Bomberman Max[]
They reappear in Bomberman Max, in the Battle Star. It takes 1 hit to defeat.
Bomberman Max 2[]
They reappear in Bomberman Max 2, in the Garden Zone. They keep more or less the design from Bomberman World, and can dig and move underground for 6 seconds, they don't plant bombs in this game. It takes 1 hit to defeat.
Trivia[]
- The name "Mogumogu" is derived from the Japanese word "mogura", meaning "mole".
