Master Bobal, originally known as Dr. Bobal (ボバル博士), is a recurring character in the Bomberman series.
Description[]
Bomberman Touch 1[]
Dr. Bobal is a researcher and the partner of Bomber John, they went together in a plane in the direction of the Ka-Boom Temple in order to find treasures there, their plane crashed nearby and their only chance was to find a way inside the temple. When sitting on the throne, he became possessed by an ancient spirit and took the form of Mega Pontan. After being defeated, the curse was lifted and he got back his original form.
Bomberman Touch 2[]
In this game, he doesn't seem to have any story, but mainly appears as a cameo in Challenge Mode under the form of Mega Pontan, Mega Oneal and Drimax. After defeating each of them, the player can see him getting back his old man appearance without clothes, and leaving the screen embarassed.
Bomberman Dojo[]
In this game, his background has completely changed, he has been reconverted as a martial artist under the name "Master Bobal" and is now in charge of the Tower of Bobal. He is the person who waits at the top of it and ranks Bomberman for his performance in the tower.
