Isshin Chiba (千葉 一伸, Chiba Isshin) is a Japanese voice actor.
Bomberman works[]
He provided the Japanese voice for one of the Dark B-Da Jailors and one of the Metro Bombers (メトロボン) in Bomberman B-Daman Bakugaiden IV. He also provided the voice for the Flight Controller Bombers in Bomberman B-Daman Bakugaiden V.
