Hatahatatoritori (はたはたとりとり) is the 12th stage in the Battle Game of Super Bomberman 4.

Description[]

It is located in a world of fruits and desserts, with the Soft Blocks being flan and the Hard Blocks being gumballs. It is one of two "special stages" that are unlocked by pressing the X button repeatedly for 6 seconds on the title screen. Because the use of passwords will negate the unlocking of this stage, there is only one variation.

The featured trap here is the Flag. One is spawned for each player who is present in the match.

Trivia[]

In the stage's name, "hata" is both a Japanese word for "flag", referring to the stage's trap, as well as "vegetable/fruit field", referring to the environment of the stage. By contrast, "tori" is the Japanese word for "bird", while also being the component of "torii", which are traditional Japanese gates found at Shinto shrine entrances.
