For the main series character, see Golden Bomberman.

Golden Bomber (Goldenbon) appears in Bomberman B-Daman Bakugaiden III, but only in a small role. In the first two episodes of the series (B-Daman Bakugaiden III), he is portrayed as the father of Prince White Bomber. He was voiced by Tesshō Genda in the Japanese anime.

Bakugaiden III[]

A benevolent king and ruler of Earth, the home planet of him and his son, he is corrupted by the Dark B-Da into Emperor Dark Bomber (Darkbon). He establishes the evil Nol Arc Empire with the aim of destroying the Blue Solar System.

Now under their control, he turns into a maniacal and ruthless tyrant who will stop at nothing to achieve his goals. He attempts to recruit his son into joining him, but White Bomber recognizes that this is not truly his father speaking, and he has his son thrown into jail for his defiance. He is opposed by the Nereid rebellion, which his son ends up joining. White Bomber manages to save him from the evil influence of the Dark B-Da without hurting him. However, that evil is not destroyed and would return to take over the Solar System again in the present day, which comprises the main part of the series.

In the manga version, he was revealed to be one of the Planet Emblem holder (Emblem of the Sun).
