It is a fish hook swallowed by one of the fish from the group of fishes, located just north west of Big Ocean. As soon as Bomberman took the Fish Hook from the fish, the group of fishes moved away, clearing the path to MarinGon. The Fish Hook can be given to the fisherman, Sampei who resides in a house located at the northeast part of Big Ocean, for a Large Medicine in exchange.
