Kuragedaru is a recurring enemy in the Bomberman series. It is an electric jellyfish that lives underwater.

Description[]

Bomberman '94[]

It is found in the Buku Buku Sea. Time to time, it stops and produces electric charges. It takes 1 hit to defeat and yields a score of 200 points.

Super Bomberman 3[]

Kuragedaru is found in Deep Sea. It moves at a normal pace, turning randomly at intersections. It tends to stay close to its starting position on the map, but if a player comes too close, it will pursue. Periodically, it will pause and produces an electric shock attack, which affect the 8 tilespaces surrounding the monster. Players hit by either the attack or the monster will take damage. It takes 1 hit to defeat and yields a score of 300 points.

Super Bomberman 5[]

Kuragedaru appears in Zone 3. Its behavior remains largely unchanged, but it moves a little bit slower and passes through other enemies. It takes 1 hit to defeat and yields a score of 300 points.

Bomberman World[]

It reappears later in Bomberman World, renamed Sparky (スパーキー) and redrawn as a smaller jellyfish, found in Planet Ocean. It moves slowly and aimlessly. Occasionally, it stops every 3 tile spaces to emit an electric shock. It takes 1 hit to defeat and yields a score of 200 points.

Bomberman Tournament[]

In Bomberman Tournament, Sparky is found in Pretty Base. It weakly pursues the player and continues to move when it produces its electric shock attack. It takes 1 hit to defeat, and could potentially drop Gold or Small Medicine.

Trivia[]
