Dud Bomb

The Dud Bomb is a type of bomb in Bomberman Land: Battles.

Description[]

This item icon is represented by a brown colored Bomb, but the actual Bomb itself is a black bomb with a shield symbol on it, and there's smoke coming out of the fuse.

Usage & Strategy[]

As the name implies, the Dud Bomb won't detonate on its own and requires other bombs explosion to trigger it. But even then, Dud Bomb have no blast radius whatsoever (aside from the very center of the bomb, which is still lethal). This bomb is useful for blocking enemies and other Bombermen's path, the Dud Bomb can also block incoming bomb blasts, and you'll be safe to go near this bomb (providing that you don't stand on it).

Trivia[]

In Atomic Bomberman, any bomb has a small chance to become a Dud Bomb. In this case however, the bomb will still explode with normal power, but not after a few seconds before the "Dud!" word disappears.
