The title "Drone Bomber" is unofficial because the subject's actual title is unknown.

Drone Bomber (unofficial name) is an enemy in Bomberman (Arcade).

Description[]

It is a green drone Bomber-Cyborg that is seen in all six areas. They behave the same way as Bomberman; using bombs. They have a tendency to pace back and forth, constantly pursue the player, and they harm the player on collision. They have the capability to kill other enemies, and are very prone to be accidentally suicidal. Points are not awarded if they are killed by their own bombs. They take only one hit to defeat.

During King Bomber's fight in the first phase, four Drone Bombers, (Green, Blue, Yellow and Pink), are King Bomber's minions. They behave the same as the green enemy version, but this time without the pacing back-and-forth tendency and using bombs and after a few seconds, they each turn into a skull-faced fire monster before each throwing fire fireballs that are very fast and harm the player on collision. They now move slower but still pursuing the player and are invulnerable to bomb blasts. They harm the player on collision and detonate bombs on contact. After a few seconds, they return to normal. Each have 2 HP.

Interestingly, they are absent in the Japanese version, meaning that they only appear in the European and USA versions.
