One of the members of the Three Devil Musketeers, Docdandy is an effeminate, tall villain who hates Yellow Bomber and has a crush on Black Bomber. He has a hornet-like battle suit called Devil Hornet.

Apparently, due to his appearance, Docdandy is mistaken to be female. Coincidentally, Dark Nostra is also an effeminate male, as both have eyelashes on the bottom eyelids.

Docdandy is the leader of the Three Devil Musketeers. When calm, his voice is effeminate, but when he's angered and serious, his voice is male.

Docdandy is a bit of a brainiac, and has a bad habit of saying "Ya-pa-pa-pa-pa-pan", as "Ya-pa-pa-pa-pa-pan" means "Yeah-and-and-and-and-hmm?".
