The Dark Ring is an object that is placed on a person's head and can sent electroshocks to the person who has it. Dark Prince placed it on Tiger's head due to his anger and impatient nature, and sent him electroshocks each time he let his anger out.
The Dark Ring is completely monitored at distance and Dark Prince can see exactly what Tiger do and can also talk directly to him in his head. In the end, Dark Prince used this ring to channel Tiger's anger, once he completely accumulated all his anger and let it out, the Dark Ring was destroyed and gave Tiger an additional burst of power.
