Description[]
Combatant No. 12 is a small Hige Hige Bandit doing cleanup duty. He found this life pretty unsatisfying. After seeing a broadcast of the Bomber Tournament grounds to have one wish granted, he jumped into the action and joined the competition to get a better promotion of the Hige Hige Bandits.
