Bomberman for Palm OS (ボンバーマン for Palm OS) is a version of Bomberman released for the Palm OS console. It was released developed and published by Hudson Soft and released on December 14, 2001.
Gameplay[]
The gameplay is similar to that of Bomberman (NES). The player navigates grid like stages and uses bombs to defeat enemies. There are items hidden inside soft blocks as well as an exit which must be entered before time runs out.
There are a few unique things in this game. The first is that a password is required. The player can play one stage before being prompted for the password included in the retail copy to continue. Without it, you will be returned to the title screen. One such password is 7T4APTHL694L which can be used to access the full game.
There are three different ending screens as well. They can be seen by completing all 50 stages under various conditions. This includes:
- Beating the game without losing a life or using a continue
- Beating the game having lost a life but not using any continues
- Beating the game having both lost a life and used a continue
