Bomberman Ultra is a downloadable game for the PlayStation 3. It is the PlayStation equivalent of Live and Blast. It features online play and can support up to 8 players, however it can support up to seven players locally. There is also a PlayStation Theme for this game that is available for download.
Costumes[]
While playing a versus match, sometimes a rainbow colored sphere will appear amongst the items. Collecting this item unlocks one of the costume pieces for your game and allows you to mix and match new outfits. There are over 50 costumes which results in over 150,000 combinations of outfits.

- Completely Unstoppable! - Remain undefeated for five consecutive 4+ player Online Multiplayer matches
- Exterminator - Win 15 local matches against 3+ CPU Players

- Totally Bombed! - Win a local match against 3+ CPU players after being in a Super Revenge Cart

- Joy of Painting with Bomberman - Claim 130 or more tiles in a Local Zombie match against 3+ CPU players
- The Bomb! - Win 30 Online Multiplayer matches
- The Good, The Bad, and The Bombed - With the full cowboy outfit, frag another cowboy in Online Multiplayer
- EXTREME MAKEOVER! - Collect 60 costume balls
