Second Succesfully walked onto the Power-Ups to gain some speed, upgraded bombs but be careful about one dangerous item with a skull, you'll start to get slower and respawn too many bombs onto the ground then you'll explode off the map, depending on the Player two's or three's, four's winning status will be already off the hook and you'll be in loser's place. Apparently it's not my first guess with the color violet.

The color theme is stated on her concept art.

And so I did the sin of looking up google translate to understand what it says

And then I got this

It didn't help so I looked up on google translate again to try to figure out what "water tomei" is supposed to mean and when I tried to look up, google suggested "水 透明"

So the concept art states that her color theme is "transparent water" or more appropriately "water" blue

Shui also means water in chinese, which in Japanese is read "Sui"

I think I just solved the equasion of what her name is supposed to mean.

Since Bombergirl has a tradition of naming their characters after colors

My guess is that Sui would refer to the Chinese pronounciation of this kanji/hanzi

This is the kanji/hanzi for purple/violet

In Japanese it's pronounced murasaki

In Chinese it's pronounced zǐ

In Chinese pronounciation, her name would be ZǐZǐ.

(and just to make sure, I checked the pronounciation of the hanzi to see if the pronounciation was correct and the result was that it's close enough to "sui")

In conclusion, SuiSui's name would refer to the color purple, even though her color palette doesn't have that much purple aside from her hair

I could of course be proven wrong, this is just my guess as to why she's named that way

It's not my favorite Bomberman game, but I found the campaign to be pretty decent so far and the battle offerings are fun. I also noticed they remixed a track from RoboWarrior / Bomber King of all places? I honestly didn't know Konami owns that game, thought Jaleco or Sunsoft would have it with their involvement in it
